Melanie has two big passions in life: eating and learning. Luckily, she discovered Hipcooks, which serves up big helpings of both. Through Hipcooks, she also discovered her talent for making cheese. Oh cheese, glorious, delicious, heavenly cheese, which tastes delightful with everything. Melanie is excited to share this passion for fabulous fromage avec vous! Melanie also teaches the Pasta class, and is currently deep in the throes of breadmaking for the next Hipcooks Workshop!
