How to Store herbs in the Fridge for maximum green and loveliness
| Dill | Dill likes to be wrapped in a ever-so slightly damp paper towel and then in a good seal-tight container in the fridge. You can also pre-chop this herb – just make sure it is very nicely dry when you chop it. Store in a good quality tupperware with a nice seal! |
| Tarragon | We are delighted to discover that tarragon likes water! So, if you want to store it for more than a couple days, submerge it in water. And then in an airtight container. Change the water when you need to. |

| Mint | Mint dislikes water in the long term! If you are using it that day and want it to be lovely, you can store in ice cold water. For long term storage: wash it and then let it dry completely before storing! Then, to store- in a good quality tupperware with a nice seal! It must be sealed well, nice and dry and then it will last! Just don't let any air get into the container and you should be OK. Also, this herb does not like to be cut, so only cut at the last minute! |
